What's included in the free trial?
14 days of full access to your chosen plan — Visual Inventory, Job Management, Driver App, everything in that plan. No credit card required. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
How do the three survey modes work?
Self-Service: clients record their own walkthrough video. Guided Survey: your surveyor joins a live video call to direct the client. On-Site: your driver records rooms at the property. All three feed into the same AI pipeline.
Do I need the Enterprise plan if I only do domestic moves?
No — most movers start with Starter or Pro. The Enterprise plan adds unlimited customs declarations, bespoke integrations, and dedicated support. You can upgrade anytime as your needs grow.
What is the Storage Hub?
A visual warehouse management tool — track unit occupancy, automate monthly billing, manage contracts, and see your facility at a glance. Pro includes 10 units; Enterprise is unlimited.
What is MovePass?
A digital border pass that lives on the driver's phone. It shows the MRN barcode, manifest items, and clearance status — port officials scan the driver's screen instead of shuffling paper. Included in Pro and Enterprise.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
